Wingsday is a collaborative project to determine who has “Central Florida’s Best Wings.”  A group of participants meet every Wednesday at an agreed upon location; stories are swapped, and laughs are plentiful, but, at the root of it all, we have wings:  Cajun, Garlic, Teriyaki, Jalapeno, Parmesan, Hot, Mild, Medium, Atomic, Buffalo, Nuclear, Sizzlin’ and any other flavor we (or our hosts) can think of . . .
